Every space has been designed to allow guests to fully enjoy their stay: cooking, relaxing, gathering together, or simply taking time for themselves in a functional, comfortable, and refined environment.

🐾 Pets allowed under conditions:
Only small dogs (under 10 kg) are permitted, subject to prior approval from the owner.

Pets must be clean, calm, and well-trained. They remain under the full responsibility of the guest throughout the stay, particularly in case of damage or disturbance.

An additional fee of €10 per day applies.

To ensure a flawless stay, a mandatory end-of-stay cleaning service with bed linen provided is systematically applied.

The house features a large private garden of over 200 m² — a real asset to fully enjoy sunny days. Furnished with outdoor seating for up to 14 guests around a large dining table and lounge areas, it provides the perfect setting for outdoor meals and relaxation.

A dedicated space is also available for children, including a small garden playhouse equipped with stools and toys, allowing them to play safely while adults enjoy the outdoors.

The house is located in a human-sized residence and is intended for family-friendly, relaxed stays with respect for neighbors.

Parties and festive gatherings are not permitted, in order to ensure peace and tranquility for all residents and the neighborhood.

🏊 8x4 m swimming pool, heated by the sun and open from May to mid-October (22°C to 28°C)
